In December, I found out that one of my inspiring painter had passed.  He was a huge influence to me in college and tends to appear in my work on and off.  Here is to Robert Rauschenberg-- to an awesome artist!

I have dedicated my new photographic art on the "design project" page to him.

It's already the end of the month?  Wow, how time flies!  Well, I have created quite a bit of work in the first month of the new year.  I have installed the "emerge" collection page and "design project" page.  These two pages will be more of on going projects that are based on certain artisitc or design objectives.  I am real excited about these new pages. 

Also, I have retired several pages that I felt was more of traveling photos verus artistic photography.  But, who is to say.

Well, I hope you like some of the new work that is appearing on the website.  We have some great compositional photos and some new dynamic art photography called "emerge".  Emerge will end up being a collection of photography that consist of mulitple images that constrast against each other.  The collection should force you to see the tensions between aesthetics and beauty.  It is literally a visual piece that explains the way my eye forces nature, aesthetics, and beauty to coexist.  (Is that a real word?)  Enjoy!
